The bed is comfortable but small. There is a refrigerator to store your own things, it was very cold. There were always plenty of towels, and shampoos, gels, etc. for the 4 of us. It's next to the subway and near the museums. It's a 20-metre walk. The gym is very well equipped compared to other hotels. There is a starbuck in the hotel so it comes very well if you do not go with breakfast, it is about 6 dollars a coffee + bun. The wifi was good. There are places to eat nearby and a Macys next door. The staff is very good and so is the cleanliness.
The small beds. The room for 4 was very tight, there weren't enough closets for clothes. There was no spanish tv, although you can connect to youtube from the smart tv. Despite being on a 10th floor, there was noise. The air conditioning outside the rooms is too loud. They don't give free coffee or water ( 6 euros each bottle ). There are no European plugs and you can't charge via usb, as in other hotels. You have to take adapters with you to charge.

Brand-new room with large bathroom with walk, fridge and cozy atmosphere, the staff was top-class, whenever I needed help.

Henry
The location of the hotel is incredible, so close to Franklin Square. It is just a 10-minute walk to the city center. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was bright with a view of the garden. The check-in process was efficient and we were able to have a late check-out. There was parking available nearby. We appreciated the fact that there was no charge for the wake-up service and ironing.
